Our custom designed trucks add unique character to your party, and are completely self-contained. The trucks have an imported Italian wood fired oven that gives us the ability to make pizzas in less than 90 seconds. The trucks have commercial refrigeration, sink, hot water heater, quiet generator, retractable awning, lights, work tables, and serving tables. We take pride in making sure your home or place of business is not displaced in anyway.

Absolutely! Each guest will receive their very own pizza box, bursting with flavor and fun! And if you choose the salad option, you’ll be delighted to know that each guest will also enjoy a fresh, vibrant salad all to themselves. It’s a feast for everyone.
Yes! All our Pizzaiolis are pros. It takes us 45 minutes to serve all guests. We then typically stand around for 45 minutes for any additional requests. We offer three hours for groups of 126 or more.
